Join us to learn all about the magical world of Sourdough! For ages 13 and older only.

Wednesday May 22nd, 6:00-8:00pm

In this 2 hr class, you will learn the basics and science behind sourdough, as well as have your own dough to work with, you’ll learn how to make your own bread from start to finish as well as the different baking methods.

You’ll leave with:

• A bowl and your own dough which will be ready to bake the following day

• Your own 100 yr old starter, which will be ready to use right away and instructions on feeding it and keeping it alive

• A sourdough lame to score your bread

• All the knowledge to make your own bread at home

• Sourdough recipes to take home and start baking!
